Cycle House is a boutique style indoor-cycling studio with a fun and friendly atmosphere. We are a rhythm based studio so you can expect a ride with choreography, weights and core work to incorporate a full-body workout. You will sprint, jog, climb and dance! Our instructors are here to push and inspire you while riding to high energy beats set to dimly lit lighting.
